London in Bloom organisers annual competitions that the Councils, schools, commercial interests and residents of the 31 Boroughs and 2 Cities of Greater London can enter. Awards are given for horticultural excellence with an emphasis on the environment, conservation and recycling.

Practical training of young people between the ages of 6 years to 25 years in dictates of the Scout Association. To include camping,adventurous activities climbing, hiking etc.

Community activities - Charity fundraising events (shows, sales), dance lessons, fitness classes, choirs, pre-school group, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, young farmers meetings & dinners, annual village show. The hall is rented by villagers for weddings, parties and other private functions.

The main object of the charity is to benefit those employed or formerly employed in the wine and spirit and ancillary trades, and their dependents.

Funds are raised to support charities preferably within the West Midlands with particular emphasis on disadvantaged and those with disabilities. The advancement of the science and practice of horticulture with the health benefits that it provides.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Burdett Estate and Tower Hamlets either alone or by associating together with inhabitants, local authorities, voluntary and other organisations. Our focus is to advance disadvantaged communities in Sport, Health and Wellbeing, Tackling Poverty and Community development.

CLUB 21 PROVIDES A TWICE WEEKLY PROGRAMME OF SOCIAL AND LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, ENABLING MEET UP WITH FRIENDS ON A REGULAR BASIS AT A FAMILIAR BASE AND IN AND AROUND POOLE. FAMILY MEMBERS CAN HAVE REGULAR BREAKS FROM CARING AND INDIVIDUALS NOW LIVING MORE INDEPENDENTLY IN THE COMMUNITY, CAN MAINTAIN FRIENDSHIPS AND MAKE NEW CONTACTS.

To conserve, enhance and develop the buildings, gardens and historic site at Cressing Temple, as a unique historical, social, horticultural and educational record and resource; and to support Essex County Council in this objective, for the benefit of the people of Essex.

HLTC provides affordable access to tennis to support its objects. It provides free taster sessions to adults & children and 2 public open days per year. It promotes tennis in local schools, provides free use of courts & facilities to the coaching team to enable them to deliver the tennis programme, access to which is available to members and non-members alike (the latter pay a small visitors fee).
