To put in place substantial works of art in the form of sculptures in Medway, including amenities such as seating or floodlighting furthering public enjoyment. To advance the education of the public in the art of sculpture, the history of the area, its river and Rochester Bridge.To raise the funds required to provide major works of public art in the form of sculptures in Medway.
