PADEAP was founded in 1997 as an educational arm of the Pan African Movement in Uganda by African academics. PADEAP now has offices in Nigeria, Uganda and the UK. PADEAP aims to empower and enable all Africans to have access to education, health care and other fundamental human rights and to lead and participate in the development of their communities and societies.
