?For the public benefit to advance the education and to commemorate and remember the people of Portsmouth, the surrounding area who served king and country during the course of the First World War through the establishment and maintenance of a museum to advance the education of the public across the Portsmouth area of the importance the City, the Football Club and its people played in World War1.?
