Activities & Mission

We monitor barn owl and bat nesting sites and where necessary provide nesting boxes or partial renovation of buildings to protect the nest.We also provide illustrated talks and field walks to educate the public.2014-2015 we received a Heritage Lottery Fund grant to enable us to put cameras in all our boxes in order to monitor barn owls with the least disturbance.
