FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TO ANY AIDED SCHOOL WHICH IS ATTENDED BY CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF NORTON2. THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION BY MEANS OF EXHIBITIONS OR FINANCIAL HELP TO ENABLE BENEFICIARIES TO PREPARE FOR, OR TO ENTER, A TRADE, PROFESSION OR CALLING

Ecclesiastical purposes within the Church of England Parish of St Augustine, Tonge Moor

To support the Barton C of E SCHOOL in accordance with the Scheme dated 21st December 1992. Essentially to provide special benefits which are not normally provided by the school.

We provide Education and training for children and other stake holders. We also provide donations for other charitable organisations.

Raise money by small events held at the school e.g christmas bazaar , work shops , sponsored events

Makes grants to Long Sutton school

We hold various fund-raising events through-out the school year. We support other school events by supplying refreshments etc

We exist to provide support from the investment income to St Andrew's Church, Church of Scotland, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Assisting homeless people

Providing for the pastoral care of individual members and attenders of North London Area Quaker Meeting including assistance to those in need and for education

For various Parishes in Croston and Leyland on a rotational basis: the purchase of books of devotion according to the principles of the Church of England; educational stipends; apprenticeships for industrious poor persons; poor indigent and industrious housekeepers.
