RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

The principal activity of the Rock will be the provision of a youth facility at the (former) Church of St Peter, Cheltenham and its adjacent hall. From April 2010 this facility has been available to all young people regardless of background providing both formal and informal activities and opportunities to develop skills, education, welfare and spiritual wellbeing.

We are a Church of England Parish that is one of three in a United Benefice. We seek to be open and inclusive in spirit, broad and central in Anglican churchmanship (neither high nor low), and active in serving all who live in our parish. We provide a wide range of Church Services, opportunities to explore and develop faith, pastoral support, and a Christian presence at the heart of our community.

As a local congregation of the URC we seek advancement of the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the Scheme of Union of the URC.We are aware of our charitable obligations and endeavour to make decisions that benefit all.This includes regular public worship ; teaching the faith to all ages,including training; and supporting small local and larger national charities.

Provide Preaching Plan for Ministers, Local Preachers & others to take Services in the Circuit's churches.Provides & maintains 4 manses for Ministers and provides Pastoral Care for all.Organises voluntary payments by Churches to help pay costs of Stipends, wages, District Assessment etc.Holds regular Circuit & Leadership Meetings, to communicate information & monitor progress.

Activities of the PCC include regular public worship open to all; pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved; teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups; promotion of Christianity through events, meetings and literature; promoting and supporting the mission of the Church; and supporting charitable work locally, nationally and overseas.

Church of England church - religious organisation and community outreach

Stevenage Vineyard is an evangelical, charismatic Christian Church seeking to introduce people to the life changing love and mercy of Jesus Christ and to demonstrate it in the community.

We seek to freely share the good news of the Christian faith with all people in St. Neots and the surrounding area, with a desire to see people become disciples of Jesus Christ and grow in their faith in him. Regular activities include: sunday services, homegroups, ladies Bible studies, parent & toddler's, children & youth groups, elderly ministry, prison ministry, evangelistic events & courses

The PCC has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. The PCC has maintenance responsibilities for St James the Great Church, the Church Room, the St Barnabas Centre, the Emmaus Centre and the Thorley Christian Centre for the benefit of thr local community.

Emmanuel Church, Leftwich, Northwich CW9 8BJ provides a place for Christian worship for the surrounding community. We encourage people to live out their faith and support mission and outreach work. We support the local community by providing clubs for mother and toddlers, children's groups, a senior citizen's group and a group to support dementia suffers as well as regular Sunday services.

Promotion and practice of the Christian faith.

The principal activities (aim) of the Charity are worship and the involvement of various ministries and ministers of religion, in propagating Christian tenets to both members and non-members of the Ministry, at various meetings.

Our vision is to play our part in the evangelisation of Bognor Regis, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society. We are a space for anyone to come and explore the things that matter most in life in a pressure-free environment through outreach and other weekly events, to encounter Jesus, and to find genuine community and make a significant impact in the world around them.

Promoting the whole mission of the Church - pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical - in the area of Stoke-upon-Trent and Fenton Ecclesiastical Parish. Maintenance responsibility for each of the church buildings in the Parish and All Saints, Hanley Church Hall.
