St Cuthbert's PCC has the responsibility of co-operating with the Vicar in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has the responsibilities for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and contents of the Church and The Philbeach Halls complex.

Mohanji Foundation UK conducts sessions for Meditation, Yoga, prayer, healing, group discussion, retreats/one day programmes for the general public at various locations in the UK. The charity will acquire or support the acquisition of property for the above activities. It disseminates/publishes material on Mohanji's teachings and also arranges pilgrimages to places of worship worldwide.

Holy Trinity and St Matthias Church PCC has the responsibility for co-ordinating with the incumbent, in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has maintenance responsibilities for the Parish Church complex of Holy Trinity and St Matthias Church.

The Anglican parish for South East Canterbury promoting therein the Christian Faith, good community relations, care for all, especially the disadvantaged, welcoming of visitors, friendly relations with other churches in the City, and responsible for the maintenance of two historic churches, one of which is part of the Canterbury World Heritage Site and is the oldest parish church in England.
