THE CHARITY PROVIDES CHRISTIAN WORSHIP ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FOR THE COMMUNITY IN KINSON, BOURNEMOUTH.THE CHARITY ALSO PROVIDES MANY COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, E.G. A WEEKLY LUNCH CLUB FOR THE ELDERLY, PARENT & TODDLER GROUP, KINSON & WEST HOWE FOOD BANK PLUS AVAILABILITY TO HIRE THE CHURCH CENTRE..

We provide regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation - Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved -Promoting the whole mission of the Church through provision of activities for all ages - Supporting other charities in the U.K. and overseas - Provision of the Church building for use by other groups.

We are an organisation that is generally funded by its own members, of whom wish to invest in the benefits of primarily their own local community and secondly those surrounding and wider, based on the teachings of Jesus. The investing has been for example focused on helping others with genuine need who cannot help themselves, hosting musical events and supporting other local charities.

Christ Church Chelmsford exists for the public worship of God according to the principles and usages of the United Reformed Church. It believes that the priorities for the life of the congregation and its outreach in the local community should be preaching/teaching and spiritual direction, youth and childrenÔÇÖs work, pastoral care, and Church growth.

Our activities all relate to teaching and living out the Christian faith. On Sundays and during the week there are times when we learn about our faith and worship God together. We are also actively involved in the surrounding community with a range of activities including youth and children's clubs, a parent and toddler group, and a dementia cafe. We always aim to demonstrate the love of Jesus

THE TWO MAIN AREAS OR ACTIVITIES THAT THE WOOD WORLD MISSIONS OPERATES UNDER ARE AS FOLLOWS: A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH BY MINISTERING THE WORD OF GOD; AND B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP OR WHO ARE AGED OR SICK AND TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY.

The advancement of :(a) the Christian Faith in accordance with the doctrinal standards of the Methodist Church;(b) any charitable purpose for the time being of any Connexional, District, Circuit, local or other organisation of the Methodist Church;(c) any charitable purpose for the time being of any society or institution or any charity subsiduary or ancillary to the Methodist Church.

We meet regularly for worship; celebrating the Communion; engage in evangelism and mission, encourage the inclusion of all people; nurture Christian disciples; educate and train people for Christian and community service; encourage engagement in pastoral care; support charitable social action in the United Kingdom and abroad; relate with Christian groups locally and nationally.

Hindu Temple Geeta Bhawan, provides free lunch to Senior Citizens, Teach Hindi, Malayalam Languages, yoga classes and Indian classical Dances. Provide Hindu Religious services, place of worship, cultural activities, Inter faith dialogue, discourses on Vedas and other scriptures. Conduct Civil Marriages, Marriages according to Vedic Rituals and provide priests for Hindu rituals.

Advance and promote the Orthodox Jewish Religion

A Christian Church that declares the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the Borough of Enfield and beyond through links that God has given. The Church has a regular Sunday morning service where time is spent in worship and praise, waiting on God, teaching/preaching from the Bible. Other activities: Mums & Tots, Youth work, Craft groups, CAP money coaching, Marriage & Parenting courses plus much.

Promotion of whole mission of the Church of England in the Benefice of Newick.

The PCC is committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at our churches and to serve the communities of Barrow upon Soar and Walton le Wolds. Our services and worship put faith into practice through prayer and scripture, music and sacrament. To facilitate this work it is important that we maintain the fabric of the Church of Holy Trinity with Trinity Rooms and the Church of St. Mary

Religious activities within the parish

St Mary Magdalene Church exists to seek the transformation of our community with the extraordinary love of Christ. We do this through regular public worship which is open all, and by seeking to serve the social needs of our community, including (but not limited to) via a foodbank, community lunch, parent and toddler group, drop-in warm spaces and a youth club.
