Reparation of Church and other expenses of Church wardens

Provides funds towards the maintenance of the fabric of the church of St. Lawrence, Weston Patrick, Hampshire also towards the upkeep and maintenance of the churchyard.

To maintain the Bells of St Marys

OAKINGTON CHURCH CHARITY WAS INITIALLY SET UP TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO WIDOWS IN THE PARISH. THIS SUPPORT IS NO LONGER NECESSARY WITH MODERN SUPPPORT AVAILABLE, OUR CURRENT FUNCTION IS TO GIVE A LITTLE MONEY TO DESERVING RETIRED PERSONS RESIDENT TO OAKINGTON & WESTWICK.

Distributing gifts to the sick and those in need residing in the Parish of St. Cuthbert with St Mary, Carlisle or on the electoral role of St Cuthbert with Mary's Church.

The income is to be applied for the general purposes of the parish (Christ Church Linthwaite), and for the relief of poverty, loneliness and social exclusion

To promote and advance the development of such ecumenical work of any church ,union of churches denominations or sect recognised by Churches Together in Britain and Ireland and /or the World Council of Churches as shall further the Christian religion

Interest from money invested helps finance the activities associated with a parish clerk/verger role and other pertinent costs for St James' Church, Welland

The Friends of St Helen's Church provides financial support for the maintenance and upkeep of St Helen's Church in Waddington

MAKING GRANTS TOWARD THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC & ORNAMENTS OF ST JAMES CHURCH IN CHURCHILL IN HALFSHIRE, WORCESTERSHIRE AND THE PROJECTED PURCHASE OF FORMER GLEBE FOLLOWING A LEGACY SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS PURPOSE.

For education, books and church fabric

The education of a selected boy during the time such boy is a probationer, singing boy or chorister of Canterbury Cathedral.

Repair of Boylestone Parish Church and maintenance of Barker memorial

Provide one eighth of its net income for an Ecclesiastical Charity for the maintenance and repair of the fabric of Sternfield Parish Church and the remainder for the supply of coals to deserving residents and for any public purposes benefiting the inhabitants of Sternfield.

Supporting general activities through the church

To provide funds for ringing the Church Bell. Nowadays to fund clock maintenance and repairs.
