Parish Church

The PCC is a voluntary group dedicated to the administration of the fabric and community of the church. We are an open and inclusive congregation and welcome people of all denominations and ages.We have recently modernised the western end of our church, making it a practical and accessible amenity for the town, with a new cafe and meeting rooms for local groups and the general public

Religious activities

Huntingdonshire Community seeks to be more than simply a church. We aim to provide services to the community through a toddler group, children's and youth activities, to help to those with debt problems, charity give-away events and other activities.

St. Mary's has a lively congregational life expressed in a central tradition. The congregation has a great variety of people and interests. During the year there were 4 baptisms & 2 funerals. The vicar, Alan Keeler, retired in January 2024. During the year, regular activities continued alongside the search for a new vicar and Eucharia Asiegbu was welcomed into this role in November 2024.

A church based in Three Bridges, Crawley. It holds two services every Sunday and various meetings throughout the week including bible studies and for various groups including mums and toddlers, youth groups and senior citizens. It works with other churches in the Sussex and Surrey area and supports the Federation of Independent Evangelical Churches and other churches and charities overseas.

The Parochial Church Council has the responsibility of working with the incumbent in promoting the mission of the church, pastoral,evangelical and social throughout the parish. It has maintenance responsibilities for St Peter & St Paul's Church at Shiplake and All Saints Church at Dunsden

The church is engaged in promoting the mission of the Methodist Church. It fulfills this role through worship, pastoral care and learning, outreach to the local community and wider world, and links with other denominations.

Operate (generally) weekly, term-time Scout and Guiding acivity sections for young people. Organise, and where neccessary raise funds for, regular trips, camps and outdoor activities for the section members. Maintain/improve HQ resources, including equipment, with strict regard for health and safety regulations/requirements.
