The Circuit coordinates the activities of employed ministers and church workers throughout the member churches. The activities include the leading of Christian acts of worship, welfare and charitable work which relates to a care and concern for people locally and worldwide. A Circuit Meeting is held regularly at which the trustees review and exercise responsibility for the affairs of the Circuit.

Religious activities

The charity exists to advance education and learning in the administration and practice of the law and related disciplines, to maintain and preserve the heritage of The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, to promote the sound administration of the law, and to promote diversity in the provision of advocacy and related legal services.

The primary objective of the PCC is to promote the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England. It also cooperates with the incumbent the Reverend Canon David Reindorp to promote within the parish the whole mission of the church: pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

The main activities of the Charity is to provide a place of worship for Sikhs and to advance Sikh faith among Sikh community of Bradford and surrounding areas.

Religious activities

The principal activity of the church is the Proclamation of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in Edmonton and the surrounding area and through support of mission at home and abroad.

Provision of a place of worship for the Sikh community and for the congregation to take free langar (food).

The Charity administers its investments and any donations or legacies received for the benefit of clergy of the Church of England who need a rest from duty.

The Trust provides financial support for churches affiliated/associated with the Spiritualists'National Union for the advancement of the religion of Spiritualism for public benefit. The Trust provides advances to its member churches to finance the building of new (or repair of existing) church buildings, which provides a facility for members of the public to worship the religion of Spiritual

The PCC wants as many people as possible to worship at the church and to become part of the parish community at St Anne's. It enables ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our parish community through:- worship and prayer- learning about the gospel- developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus- provision of pastoral care- missionary and outreach work

The objects of the Foundation for Jewish Heritage are:* to promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the built Jewish heritage including synagogues, monuments, cemeteries, communal buildings and sites of religious, historical, architectural, social or cultural significance* to advance the education of the public regarding Jewish heritage

Douai Abbey is a community of Benedictine monks who are involved in educational, pastoral and other work. The main pastoral activity consists of welcoming guests who come for retreats and conferences, in groups or as individuals. The Abbey Church and the other facilities are also used by other organisations, both religious and secular, for their own meetings and activities.

The church provides church services each Sunday at 10.30am. In addition a variety of other religious and social activities are provided.

Methodist Church

Festival Church is a network of local Christian churches working together for the greater good. It's charitable objects are to promote the Christian Faith, to advance education and to relieve sickness and financial hardship, in the United Kingdom and other parts of the world, as the Church Council thinks fit.

Church of England proprietary chapel, providing Sunday services, a variety of midweek groups and activities, and an apprentice training programme. Support of individuals in Christian work throughout the UK and overseas.

The Church advances religion by the preaching of the Gospel, public worship within the church building, organised Bible, studies, prayer meetings, evangelistic events and meeting needs within the community.

The Guild Church Council has the responsibility of cooperating with the Priest in Charge, in promoting in the Guild Church of St Mary Aldermary the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

The advancement of the Christian faith primarily but not exclusively within the city of Leeds and the surrounding neighbourhood.

In the power of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Christ to renew and promote the work of God in the region. To advance the mission of the Methodist Church by encouraging churches and circuits to engage in collaborative working-ecumenically wherever possible. To make available resources of finance, personnel and expertise and overseeing the various ministries of the Church and provide training

To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship. 4. To promote other such charitable purposes beneficial to our local community, and the United Kingdom at large and other parts of the World.

A key part of our mission is to serve our local community and demonstrate the love of Jesus. As well as services on Sundays, we hold a parent/carer toddler group, children's and youth groups, Alpha Courses and a lunch club for older people. We have a Christians Against Poverty office to help any facing debt issues. Our buildings are used by many groups providing services for our local community.
