The Vale of Glamorgan Methodist Circuit acts as an umbrella body and a resource provider to the seven Methodist churches in the geographical area of the Vale of Glamorgan in accordance with the Christian Faith within the doctrinal standards and disciplne of the Methodist Church.

THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF OUR GUILD IS THE FURTHERENCE AND EXTENSION OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES. OUR PRINCIPAL MEANS ARE THE APPRECIATION OF THE ENGLISH AND WELSH CATHOLIC HERITAGE THROUGH PILGRIMAGES AND PUBLICATIONS TOGETHER WITH THE CHARITABLE SUPPORT OF THE POOREST PARISHES IN OUR TWENTY-TWO DIOCESES, TOGETHER WITH THE ORDINARIATE OF OUR LADY OF WALSINGHAM.

To achieve its charitable objective, the charity procured premise for the construction of synagogue in 2016. Afterobtaining the necessary planning permission, the charity is currently constructing the synagogue. The synagogue is acongregation formed with the objects of advancing the Jewish faith by the provision and maintenance of public worshipand for such other charitable purposes.

The Charity aims to a) provide grants to individuals in Bedford, usually members of the Bunyan Meeting non-conformist Church, b) provide a grant towards the Church ministry,c) maintain the fabric of the church, manse and other investment buildings, d) maintain, operate and publicise the world - renowned John Bunyan Museum and library.

To advance the religion of Islam for the benefit of the public by holding congregational 5 daily prayers and Friday prayers and religious lectures. To provide facilities for Islamic education & community activities for childern and adults and pastoral care. The provision of funeral services and congressional funeral prayers for the deceased and their families and the wider community.
