St James Church is based in Mere Green Road Sutton Coldfield in the Diocese of Birmingham. It's activities include public worship, pastoral work, teaching Christianity to all ages. It promotes the whole mission of the church through the provision of activities for senior citizens, parents , toddlers, young people and special needs groups. It supports an adjoining church centre and curate's house

St Giles' liturgy and music attract a citywide congregation. The church is open daily for worship, concerts and private prayer. The church supports a charity that uses its Parish Rooms as a drop-in centre for the homeless and vulnerable.

This charity is a christian organisation. We meet to worship together three times in a week and we support our members and our community spiritually, socially and materially. We have different ministries within the church to cater for the needs of all age groups; from the toddlers to the seniors.

Our Charity is a parochial church council of St Paul's Church Hook. The Charity raises funds to support the Church.

The Circuit organises worship in each Church through the Preaching Plan. It trains local preachers to spread the Gospel of Jesus and pays ministers to serve their communities and witness to the Gospel. It provides administrative support to its churches and offers a source of initiative and decision making through the Circuit Leadership Team.

To advance the education and develop the capacity and skill of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of The Black Country and surrounding areas in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and to participate more fully in society.

To advance the religion of the Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church in Greater Manchester and India by maintaining the faith, tradition and doctrines of the Jacobite Syrian Orthodox church and shall perform all the religious rites and sacraments to all its members in accordance with the ancient Syrian Orthodox tradition.2.
