REGULAR PUBLIC WORSHIP OPEN TO ALL, PASTORAL WORK, TEACHING OF CHRISTIANITY THROUGH SERMONS, COURSES AND SMALL GROUPS, RELIGIOUS ASSEMBLIES IN SCHOOLS, YOUTH AND CHILDRENS CLUBS WITH A CHRISTIAN ETHOS, CHURCH MISSIONAL CAFE OUTREACH, THE PROMOTION OF CHRISTIANITY THROUGH THE STAGING OF EVENTS AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE, AND THE SUPPORTING OF OTHER CHARITIES IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS

The church has significant ministries to children, young people and students, and a growing ministry to older people. 10% of the income of the church is given away to mission and social action projects in the UK and overseas. Until recently, the church involved its members and the local community in sponsorship over an extended period of a small rural community in Kenya; this has now ended.

Religious activities

Funds raised are used for the upkeep of the fabric of the three churches in the parish administered by the Parochial Church Council of Asthall and Swinbrook-with-Widford, namely St Nicholas, Asthall, St Marys, Swinbrook and St Oswald's-in-the-field, Widford.Funds are obtained mainly from investment income and rental of land to local farmers.

Beverley Minster and its associated churches provide Christian worship and mission. There is a clergy team led by the Vicar, a team of staff employed by the PCC and a large team of willing volunteers.The Minster strives to support the Diocesan Common fund generously, and gives a proportion of its congregational offering to outside causes and charities..

The Parochial Church Council of St Johns Great Horton has the responsibility of cooperating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has maintenance responsibilities for the church premises.

Religious and Community activitiesHelping to alleviate the major problems and issues confronting people in the UK such as Human Trafficking, Abuse of Human rights, Justice issues, Racial and Gender discrimination, Socio -psychological problems, lack of community life, organisational co-operation and support system within and among huge majority of migrantss.

We are a Church of England Parish in the City Centre of Southampton. Our activities centre around worship, prayer and mission within the local community and elsewhere.

OUR MISSION IS TO GLORIFY GOD IN OUR WORSHIP AND WORK BY; BUILDING UP ONE ANOTHER OF ALL AGES IN THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, REACHING OUT TO OTHERS WITH THE LOVE AND MESSAGE OF JESUS AND SENDING OUT CHRISTIANS EQUIPPED TO SERVE IN GOSPEL MINISTRY IN SHEFFIELD, ELSEWHERE IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS. IN SO DOING WE PROMOTE CHRISTIANITY AND THE WHOLE MISSION OF THE CHURCH WHILST SUPPORTING LIKE-MINDED CHARITIES.

Holy Trinity, Hounslow PCC has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has maintenance responsibilities for the Church building, and responsibility for the interior decoration of the Vicarage.

Provides facilities for public worship, pastoral care and spiritual, moral and intellectual development, both for its members and for anyone who wishes to benefit from what the Church offers; and promoting Christian values and service by members of the Church in and to its community, to the benefit of individuals and society as a whole.

The PCC has responsibility in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church. As followers of Jesus, we believe our mission is to build God's kingdom through making disciples in Bristol and beyond. The PCC is also specifically responsible for the maintenance of the church building as well as our two church houses.
