Furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the Ecclesiastical parish of St Lawrence Towcester with Easton Neston

Charity meets twice a year to consider application of income in the area of benefit (parish of Croxall and Edingale) in diocese of Derbyshire and Lichfield income broadly applied according to section 8 of this form.

To provide upkeep of the Bradwell-on-Sea church cemetery

Eg. annual shipment of clothing and other items to those in need-local/abroad. Conventions during August. Missionary meetings, bible studies, young peoples, family and friends meetings held. Coffee mornings for the elderly. Visiting other churches. Special one-to-one prayer meetings. Advice, infrormation and advocacy eg. problem-solving and where to go for more detailed help. Summer day trips.

Highlight of the Group's year was celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Start of Sprotbrough Scouting and associated special events. In addition were the annual Sprotbrough Run and Gala; Cub Camp; Burns Night Ceilidh; visit to Sheffield Laserquest/Doncaster Paintball; a Scout Weekend at Crookestone Barn, Derbyshire. Centenary events included 2 Church Services; memorabilia exhibition; time capsule.

We meet on Tuesday evenings at Wigmore Church & Community Centre in LutonWe play carpet bowls and board games etc from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. We also have outings, dinners etc during the year.

The promotion of education in accordance with the principles of the Church of England. Beneficiaries are young people who have not attained the age of 25 years who are resident or who work in the neighbourhood of the City of Oxford.

Helping the local community

We raise funds for the conservation of Sunk Island Church. It is no longer a practising church but an old building of interest and beauty. Built in 1877 in early English style it is now a heritage centre.

The trust helps with the maintenance of St. George's Church in Stamford

To repair, preserve and maintain the fabric of Saint Mary's Church, Dallinghoo, for the benefit of the public.

Trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion decide for the preservation repair maintenance restoration improvement and ornamentation of the fabric of the Parish Church St Francis Welwyn Garden City and for provision of articles for use in worship there.

This is an ancient local charity with very limited discretion as to the application of its income. Half of its income goes to St. Martin's Church, Little Waltham, to be used for its repair and maintenance ; and the other half to the village Poor's Charity to be used for the relief of need, hardship or distress.

Support of St. John's Church, Waterbeach, mainly by providing grants for improvements. Currently we have plans to finance the restoration of the historic east window.

Grants to St Mary's Church, Kemptown, Brighton and grants to churches and schools for the religious education of children and young people in the City of Brighton and Hove.

We ensure all christian activities and services take place on the premises within health and safety guidelines with insurance cover adequate for our needs. We include in our activities a weekly luncheon club, a mums and toddlers, coffee morning, ladies homemakers, man-to-man, guitar club, all volunt
