Religion Charities That specialise in Spiritualism

Once a year we hold a service and raffle for charities we will suport,this year it is the Brain Tumer Trust those involved with setting up for the charity will go into shops ect. and ask for donations for the charity that we are getting donations for.

Demonstrations of mediumship by visiting mediums. Weekly Sunday services, open circles and healing sessions.

We hold events throughout the year in support of local charities, including Essex Air Ambulance, Muscular Dystrophy and Animal Rescue. We have also supported Farleigh?s Hospice, CHESS and Chelmsford Homeless Charity. It is our intention this year to support local and smaller charities. We have initiated a special charity fund from donations received via our Healing Group activities.

The Church provides religious services for public worship, including the dissemination of Spiritualist teaching and philosophy, together with special services throughout the year, along with events and functions.

We offer a regular Sunday Spiritualist Service. We also offer workshops on matters related to Spiritualism and hold a regular circle to allow people to experience and/or develop their possible mediumship. We also offer Spiritual Healing

Our church holds regular services and meetings which are open to all members of the public. Spiritualist teaching and philosophy during our services provides benefit to all members of our community and it promotes positive values and well-being. We hold special events to bring to the wider public examples of our activities and Spiritual healing is open to all for a voluntary donation.

We promote the understanding, teaching and demonstration of Christian spiritualism. We hold three divine services every week, a healing service weekly and regular special events and open days.

The Charity provides and maintains the premises for public worship, education and promotion of community.To raise monies to support the premises and its works of the furtherment for the evidence to support the truth of survival after death, healing and to promote such cultural and social activities conducive for the promotion of the objects of the Church and good fellowship among its attendees.

Promotion of Spiritualism

Our Church Charity aims to promote and advance the Religion and Religious Philosophy of SNU Spiritualism on the basis of the SNU Seven Principles. Church Services and Spiritual Healing and a Development Group are held throughout the week where the public are welcome We offer Spiritual Teaching and Workshops. All events are open to everyone who wishes to know more about Spiritualism

As a Spiritualist Church and part of the Spiritualists' National Union the main activities are to provide weekly public services that promote the Religion and Philosophy of Spiritualism. Also to provide weekly sessions of Spiritual Healing available by the public and given by SNU Approved Healers. The church also holds workshops and development groups that are attended by invite or ticket sales.

This is a Church who provides religious activities including providing advocacy/advice/information to the gerneral public.

The Hall provides facilities for the Village of Westhead near Ormskirk and surrounding areas. At present there are numerous activities. i.e. Craft, Sewing & knitting groups, Beavers, GCSE tuition in English & Maths,Private parties, Midstream Pop-Up Cafe, Ukulele Group, Learning Stars, St James CE Social Group (CAMEO), Sunday Morning Baby & Toddler Group and Lotus of Peace Spiritualist Group.

To provide a place of worship where religious services can be conducted in accordance with the Spiritualist National Union.
