1. Developing and maintaining training, employment and volunteering opportunities for young people. We concentrate on those (semi) excluded from school and those deemed to be young offenders in order to enhance their chances of higher educational attainment and paid employment in the future. 2. Aiding the physical regeneration of the local area in line with environmentally driven objectives.
