To collect the interest from Investment in Income bonds, approx -£300 per annun depending on interst rates, and distribute to voluntary non profit making organisations for Children and Youth in the town of Rhyl. An advertisement is placed in the Local Freepress annually inviting applications for funds and these are assessed by the Trustees.
