To promote humane behaviour towards dogs and cats, by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment, and security, for animals which are in need of care and attention, by reason of sickness, and maltreatment. To educate the public in matters of dog welfare, and in the prevention of cruelty and suffering. Predominantly in Romania. Additionally where appropriate to actively seek new homes.
