To provide residential accommodation to needy persons over the age of 55 years and relieve persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress as a result of local, national or international disaster or by reason of their social and economic circumstances.

Grants are awarded to voluntary groups throughout the North West, who provide sports, leisure and health orientated activities for young people. These groups include local sports clubs, scouts, youth clubs and children with special needs. We also provide grants for other charities involved with mountain recreational activities such as footpath repairs, mountain rescue and air ambulance.

To relieve sickness and pain in the county of Cornwall and the isles of Scilly by assisting in the provision of an air ambulance helicopter.

HELPING THE NEEDY IN AREAS OF AZAD KASHMIR, AND PAKISTAN IN EDUCATION AND HEALTH, AND THE VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS, SUCH AS EARTH QUAKES AND FLOODS.

Fund raising to assist charities operating mainly in Berkhamsted and district and pricipally in the fields of poverty relief, support for the elderly,the development of young people, education, disabilities and medical support. Overseas support is provided pricipally for Rotary based initiatives concerning third world development and emergency responses to natural disasters.

We provide patrols of trained volunteers to give reassurance, safety & support through listening, caring and helping on the streets of Southampton. We work in the NTE, Schools, Community in partnership with police, council & others. We began in 2009 working nights in the city centre, in 2012 we expanded to work in schools patrolling as pupils leave and into the community in the early evening.

Provision of adult education classes, family learning courses, clubs, groups, activities for junior, teenage and adult members of the local community together with functions, social events, fund raising and workshops. Partnerships with local authority, education centre, community police, counselling groups, workskill workshops and other community groups.

The Harunani & Co Charitable Foundation aims to address poverty through interventions that are substantially life changing. Raising funds for life saving defibrillators across Norfolk, Suffolk and the UK. Placing 24/7 public defibrillators in communities, outside schools, clubs and small organisations. Providing free CPR and Defibrillator Training for the community and training in schools, starting from 5 years old. Giving talks at voluntary groups and raising awareness of how important early CPR and defibrillation is.

The charity activity is to collect donations for the public benefit, the relief and assistance of people in need in any part of the world who are the victims of war or natural disaster or catastrophe or in poverty by supplying donations to them through other charities or government approved organizations in any part of the word.

ZPT supports beneficiary churches in Zimbabwe in their ministry and mission by providing theological training, supplying bibles and support with education and health needs.We also seek to relieve poverty amongst beneficiary churches and their wider communities. In 2024 we launched a special appeal for funds to address the current famine conditions being experienced as a result of the drought.

The object of the Bansang Hospital Appeal is to provide support to Bansang Hospital and the people of the surrounding area in The Gambia by supplying medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and other humanitarian aid. In particular the Appeal has built an 80 bed Children's Ward, a 48 bed Female Ward, upgraded staff accommodation blocks and built operating theatre suites for obstetrics and general use.

Church of England services & religious activities for all ages. Outreach into community including work with youth and elderly. We run a youth group, dance classes and Pop Up events, Mothers' Union branch and social activities & host a 'Goldies' singing group and Prayer Hub, Local Councillor surgery & MP surgery, Advice Service & Community Police surgery.

A Surf Life saving club, teaching a wide variety of people of all ages lifesaving skills, water safety and environmental awareness, first aid training and skills using craft in the water safely - local coastal protection and educational courses and practical skills from all ages that range between 5 yrs - 80 yrs. Providing voluntary beach patrols during summer season in absence of RNLI Lifeguards.
