We promote, co-ordinate and secure adequate search and rescue arrangements, primarily in the mountainous areas of Cumbria. We undertake publicity where necessary in order to inform or educate the public in all aspects of mountain safety. We represent and support all our member rescue teams with help, guidance, training, funding and advice, including fundraising for them.

Red Sky Foundation raises vital funds to support life saving work for babies, children and adults who are born with or who develop heart conditions across the UK. This is achieved through providing support and support services, relief of sickness and preserving the health of individuals through community equipment, NHS equipment, raising awareness of cardiac healthcare & the provision of grants.

To undertake search and rescue activity, provide life saving and search and rescue training, promote lifeguard voluntary patrols, education and developing search and rescue skills through lifesaving sport. Raising public awareness to reduce drowning & preventable injuries, represent GB life saving as National Governing Body.

Child.org works to champion maternal and child health in Kenya. We work with local communities to provide life-saving health information to parents, connect at-risk mums and babies with healthcare services and work with local health authorities to improve quality of care. Our projects have been life-saving.
