We are a voluntary organisation dedicated to the training and use of mountain rescue search dogs to assist in the search for and rescue of missing persons, predominantly in a mountainous environment, but also in other areas where our skills may be of benefit.

The Trust was founded in 1952 to raise funds for the preservation, repair, maintenance, upkeep and reconstruction of churches in the county of Lincolnshire and of monuments, fittings, fixtures, stained glass, furniture, ornaments, bells, and chattels in such churches and of the churchyard belonging to any such churches.

The team was formed back in the 1970s as a North of Tyne Local Education Authority team in response to an increase in the number of incidents occurring on the hills and fells of Northumbria as outdoor activities such as climbing and hill walking grew in popularity. It became the North of Tyne Search & Rescue Team in the early 80s and more recently became the North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team

To provide a service to the general public to treat trauma and search for missing persons on the hills, fells and upland areas, primarily, in the Dark Peak. We can also be tasked to assist similar events anywhere in the UK to assist our fellow Mountain Rescue team colleagues.

The Collective Aid Charitable Foundation (CACF) exists to facilitate the delivery of adaptive and multidisciplinary support to people on the move in Europe who are survivors of war, disaster and catastrophe by providing grants, advice and services to Collective Aid field programmes operating within the International Collaborative Framework of Collective Aid (ICFCA).

The promotion of community participation in heathy recreation and empowerment of people affected by war and natural disasters to achieve better socio -economic condition.

In addition to the teaching of lifesaving techniques to both club members and the general public lifeguard cover is provided at Sandbanks beach, Poole during the summer months.

Tynedale Lions act to support the local community both by the provision of grants to community organisations and charities active within its area and directly assisting them in their activities. A "Men's Shed", targeted at relieving isolation of men within the area, opened in March 2019. Support also offered to Lions Club International Foundation humane initiatives in disaster areas.

Pharaoh's Dream Trust, founded in 1996, makes hardship grants to individuals and to organisations having similar objects to its own. Over the past 8 years, the charity has provided support to a community in Kahawa West, Nairobi, Kenya, in respect of grants towards the refurbishment of premises used as a primary school, running costs and emergency relief (food and potable water).
