Hampshire Search and Rescue Dogs (HSARDogs) is a voluntary search dog group available to emergency services. We are supported by our umbrella organisation Association of Lowland Search and Rescue (ALSAR) accredited to national standards; dog handler and support search for people who may be missing or injured in urban or rural areas. The team work closely with Hampshire Search and Rescue (Hantsar)

Prevention and/or relief of poverty or financial hardship among refugees, asylum seekers and people affected by war, natural or humanitarian disaster by but not limited to the provision of support and services designed to meet or alleviate their physical, financial and/or emotional needs.

Education and Awareness: Organizing and delivering educational programs, workshops, and campaigns to teach water safety skills, swimming, and first aid. This can include school visits, community events, and media campaigns.Provision of Life saving equipment: Procure and Install life saving equipment at beaches and coastal areas.

The Lifeboat Fund (formerly called CISPOTEL) is an official charity of the Civil Service and receives donations from Royal Mail and BT staff. The Fund raises money for the RNLI to provide new lifeboats and to train and equip crews. Since it was founded in 1866, The Lifeboat Fund has provided 54 lifeboats, saving over 4,700 lives and has helped refurbish a lifeboat station on the River Thames.

THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN RURAL AREAS WITHIN SRI LANKA, PARTICULARLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) VICTIMS OF THE CIVIL WAR AND NATURAL DISASTERS, BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THEIR BASIC FOOD, MEDICAL, AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS.

Barnstaple Lions Club is part of the International Association of Lions Clubs. The members raise funds from the general public to support our charitable objectives by using these funds in the relief of hardship, support for our community, young persons and other charities. The Club considers international requests through our organisation for disaster relief and health improvement programmes .

The Objects of the Group are to promote for the benefit of the public:good citizenship and greater participation in matters relating to public safety and the prevention and solution of crime; andthe protection of people and property from crime by the improvement of relationships and co-operation between the police and the Community

Overseas: raising funds for development projects and emergency aid.In Devon, arranging holidays for disadvantaged families; providing toys for prisoner's children visiting prisons; knitting goods for the elderly and for still-born babies; providing goods for womens' refuges and prisoners, supporting rufugees. Supporting actions against gender based violence and modern day slavery.

National K9 Memorial was set up to raise funds to create the first National Memorial to recognise the sacrifice and service given by Police Dogs in the UK... this memorial has now been created and the purposes of the charity has now been met, an application to have the charity closed has now been submitted

Raises money and gives grants for the preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement, upkeep, beautification and reconstruction of churches in the United Kingdom and of monuments, fittings, fixtures, stained glass, furniture, ornaments and chattels in such churches, and of the churchyard belonging to such churches.

Raise residents' issues & liaise with councils/interested parties. Main aims: provide leisure & recreation facilities; promote preservation, development & improvement of character & amenities; advance education. Run by CTTE of volunteers. Agree priorities for next year; continued effort in 4 key areas: Planning/Environment/Decorations; Police/Traffic; Events & Youth. Act on Survey Results.

Our main aim is to provide users of Rest Bay beach with the best possible lifeguard service. Training and educating members and the public in beach and water safety. We provide volunteer patrols of Rest Bay beach and train members (age 7 up) in lifesaving skills in order to gain lifesaving awards. Members are also given opportunities to participate in surf lifesaving competitions.

We hold weekly services and hold Lifegroup meeting during the week.We support numerous community events.Chaplaincy to the Police and schools work.

Provides help, advice and assistance to members of the public after fire, flood or other disaster.

support educational projects in St Lucia, Youth Activities, poor and destitute, health projects, fundraising in time of disaster e.g. hurricane, personal disaster suffered bny local inhabitants(fire or medical needs), support charitable infrastructure programmes. All other activities as previously detailed in our constitutional activities

Isle of Wight Search and Rescue provide skilled volunteers to assist Hampshire Constabulary and other agencies in searches for vulnerable missing persons on the Isle of Wight.

Aquatic based lifesaving & first aid training for those over 7yrs . Volunteer beach patrols & community engagement activities at Langland Bay - the aim to keep beach goers safe through education, prevention, supervision & rescue. Opportunities to take part in surf lifesaving competitions to practise skills, keep fit & healthy, and have fun. A safe, inclusive environment for all without prejudice.

To provide professional and immediate response to search and rescue calls from Staffordshire Emergency Planning Department to assist the Police, Fire and Ambulance Services in order to save lives and render assistance as required in Staffordshire and adjacent counties. To assist and liaise with other voluntary bodies wherever required.

Preaching and teaching in the church and having Bible and faith discussions with people in the community, holding prayer meetings, couples fellowship to strengthen family life, assistance to the homeless, alcoholics and victims of disaster. Hospital visitation and prayer with the sick.

Our charity apart from education & training of members to live an exemplary life reflecting the life of our saviour & Lord Jesus Christ. We seek to aleviate suffering not only of members but needy residents in the wider community by participating in the Premier Radio Initiative. We also support giving out financial aid to countries facing hardships as a result of natural disasters.
