Our charity helps the poor and needy people in our village in Pakistan. We help the poor and needy people in their medical treatment, in their education, in their weddings, at the time when someone dies in their family, providing them Ramadan food packages each year, providing school uniforms & books to children belong to poor backgrounds & 24 hour ambulance service to take the patient to hospital

Lions voluteer their time to humanitarian causes helping those less fortunate than themselves. They particularly focus on their local community in the belief that those who live in a community are in the best position to know who needs help and why. Wherever there is suffering from natural, or man made, disasters you can count on Lions Club members to provide help. Our motto is "WE SERVE".

Make grants to community services & youth organisations, The Royal Military Police Central Benevolent Fund & other military charities.

To encourage best practice and theoretical instruction and practical application of fire prevention, fire safety, extinction and first aid to the injured. Providing a central organisation for fire and rescue services and generally to do things as may from time to time be necessary to elevate the status of the wider service for the benefit of the community at large.

PROMOTION OF GOOD RACE RELATIONS AND EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY WITHIN THE POLICE SERVICES OF THE UK AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY.

Local activities, church activities, songs of praise etc, Sunday school, local charity fundraising, local hospital support, youth organisations, mountain rescue teams, womens institute.

Charity donates to individuals and groups of people who are considered to be in need. Some of the examples of the work supported by this charity are water wells in poor areas, homes for the poor, disaster relief and financial assistance provided for medical purposes. Charitable women's empowerment programmes are also funded to enable them to become financially self-sufficient.

We embarked on various training programmes to equip more church volunteers with the relevant counselling skills that will help them serve the community better. We have sent financial support to other charities and organisations involved in giving relief to victims of disasters such as flood disaster and other emergency incidents around the world.

Our aims centre around service before self, both globally and in local community. We provide practical response to world disasters, floods, earthquakes. Sending shelterboxes, aquaboxes and relief supplies. The End Polio now campaigns worlds largest public health project costing $1bn fund, fundraising at Christmas collections from public & race nights to support local charities & good causes.

Educational need for the local Muslim community and further understanding the public at large of the muslim principles.Tackling issues from further a field and raising funds for natural disasters and war torn countries all over the world

LS Dogs (SX) was formed in March 2003 to support the Police in the Search of missing, vulnerable people throughout both East & West Sussex, and 24 hours a day all year round.The team has now taken part in searches throughout Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Dorset, Surrey, Norfolk & Buckinghamshire, being called out on average 30-40 times a year.

Humanitarian work in Myanmar. Provision of food, shelter and medicines for poor communities and up to 130 former street children now being housed with family groups. Provision of wells in remote villages. Emergency relief in flood disasters as needed. The charity also provides an annual holiday camp for the children and adults.

Swiftwater and Flood Search and Rescue Capabilities throughout the UK for Domestic Emergency Services.

Also promotion of the Christian Gospel in UK and throughout the world by making donations to such Charitable Institutions and providing grants to individuals at such time or times and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.

The relief and assistance of people in Cameroon and Nigeria who are the victims of war or natural disaster, trouble, or catastrophe in particular by the supply of food, water, provision of shelter, health care provision, medical aid and educational materials to such persons.

As Community First Responders we respond to emergency 999 calls in our local area and are directed by and support the services of West Midlands Ambulance Service. The Responders are volunteers who are trained to administer first aid in the vital few minutes before an ambulance arrives and are dedicated to the community they serve.

The objects of the charity are the advancement of the Islamic religion, to advance academic education and to relieve poverty worldwide as a result of natural disasters.

Peoples Help Foundation provides food, clean water, and essential aid to disadvantaged communities. We operate locally and internationally, supporting those in need through food distributions, water projects, and emergency relief. Our mission is to alleviate hardship, especially during Ramadan, by delivering humanitarian assistance with compassion and integrity.

Sponsorship and other donations are sent to Nalwanza Secondary School, Uganda, for the purposes of paying school fees for particularly needy students, paying staff wages, and developing the school's facilities. In cases of dire emergency, funding is also used to alleviate the suffering caused by flooding, landslips and other natural disasters.

Edwinstowe & The Dukeries Lions Club serves the community as well as helping people internationally. Their work with people who are elderly, disabled and or disadvantaged, benefits not only those who are helped, but also the wider community by making it a better place to live and work. They also make grants to national and international appeals (eg to relieve poverty respond to disaster relief.

The Street Pastors work in conjunction with the local authority and police to help reduce the levels of crime in the town by patrolling the streets in the evening and at night. Street Pastors are trained to look after vulnerable and sick adults, ensuring they receive medical or other help if they require it, or to get home safely.

The charity provides humanitarian relief. Working to improve the under resourced health care and educational programme for disabled and disadvantaged people. By providing training, providing material aid, human resources and famine relief. The trustees hold the funds & incomes to apply them in Birmingham & Jamaica.To carry all that is necessary in line with the charities objectives.

The purpose of the charity is for the public benefit & provide relief and assistance of people in need of financial support in Sri Lanka who are affected by war or natural disaster and families with young children who struggle to support themselves&provide assistance to disadvantage families to set up small businesses whereby they are not dependent on others to carry out their day to day life.
