SMALL FUND RAISING EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR EXAMPLE MAGIC SHOWS FOR CHILDREN, BAGS TO SCHOOL IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE AIR AMBULANCE, JUMBLE SALES, CHRISTMAS RAFFLE, 100 CLUB, BEETLE DRIVES AND VARIOUS SOCIAL ACTIVIES FOR THE BARTON COMMUNITY ALL HELD IN BARTON VILLAGE, NORTH YORKSHIRE

Fund local community responders within the local community, of Knowle, Solihull and surrounding areas. Provide free life saving skills training within the local and surrounding areas to all members of the community. This also includes training members of the public with the skills to respond within the community with the use of a AED in cases of cardiac arrest.

We run a community capacity forum programme to engage people in community development activities.From time to time run a volunteers training programme and a mentoring support programme.We organise social and welfare activities for abled bodied and disabled persons both young and oldWe provide relief and support to people affected by natural disasters abroad

The Mid Pennine Search and Rescue Organisation (MPSRO) serves as a representative body for the five independent Mountain Rescue teams in the Mid Pennine Region, namely; Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team, Rossendale and Pendle Mountain Rescue Team, Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team and Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team.

We are based at Longfield Road , Grimsby DN34 5SB.We provide room hire to the local community . We also have various weekly Dancing groups, Brownies, ,Craft Clubs, and Slimming World. We organise events and a weekly Bingo.Also a regular Tenants and Residence Drop-In which provides info.on council, housing and police issues,and Ward Surgery.

The relief of need, hardship,and distress among those who are or have been civillian employees of Thames Valley Police

Donations to international, national and local causes including disaster relief, local schools and young peoples groups.

Hartlepool Ambulance Charity fundraises to enable the recruiting and retention of volunteers educating and training in First Aid and Advanced Medical procedures use of equipment and practices for the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of good health in Hartlepool and the surrounding area by the provision of trained First Response Volunteers able to attend medical emergencies.

A male voice choir who perform concerts at the invitation of charities to raise funds for their causes. The choir is self-financing and receives no support from elsewhere.

Provide environmental activities for all ages and parts of the local community, maintain a community garden, sell refreshments and hold various community events and activities throughout the year. We also serve as a channel of communication between local residents, Portsmouth City Council and Community Police and other interested parties. Our facilities and events are run solely by volunteers.

The relief of poverty, sickness and distress of famine victims in Mponda Village and its surrounding area by provision of supplies, aid and such other equipment as the Trustees may from time to time determine with the aim of assisting the village to become self-sufficient

The GMPMVC gives concerts throughout the UK but mainly within the GMP area. By invitation, it has also sung in the EU.The Choir has been privileged to assist in raising many thousands of pounds for organisations and charities such as Scope, The Rainbow Trust, The Deep Sea Fishermen's Mission, Rochdale Springhill & Bury Hospices, Cancer Research UK as well as local churches and schools.

To raise funds for the repair maintenance improvement presentation beautification and reconstruction of St.Cassian's Church and the churchyard contents and furnishing of the Church

Raises funds to assist in the maintenance, repair, restoration, preservation, improvement, beautification and reconstruction for the benefit of the public the fabric of the parish church through membership subscriptions, donations, and village entertainment events such as concerts, barbecues, walks, history talks, cream teas etc.

We are a Community Service Organisation dedicated to providing assistance to the vulnerable in our local community and abroad. Our activities include: Musical evenings, Race nights, Specialised Equipment, Senior Citizens' Party, Day trips for vulnerable children and adults. Our overseas support includes Sightsavers, WaterAid and emergency disaster aid. All members are volunteers.

The Stephen Carey Fund works with local communities and organisations within Northumberland towards the placement of defibrillators throughout the county, to provide emergency life saving training to improve the knowledge of communities and organisations and increase awareness of cardiac arrest.

Keele Community First Responders provide trained volunteers who respond to 999 calls and deliver emergency medical treatment under the governance of West Midlands Ambulance Service within the area of Keele and the local community

As a local initiative of the Street Pastor movement, Saint Helens Street Pastors train and mobilize Christian volunteers from local churches to offer practical care and compassion to people in the night-time economy, particularly to people in vulnerable situations. We work in partnership with the police, local authority and voluntary organisations.
