New Destiny Horwich Maintains a club for adults who have a learning difficulty and those who have additional support needs, their families and carers who live in the borough of Bolton, where the club is based and surrounding areas, in particular by the provision of recreation activities and opportunities which promote independence, social inclusion and respite for carers and families.

Providing therapeutic support to individuals with, but not limited to, mental health issues, challenging or offending behaviours. This also includes, but is not exclusive to, NEET, school refusers, care leavers, LAC, diagnosed and undiagnosed disorders.

The charity is a global charity with separate fundraising chapters across the world. The London chapter organises various fundraising events to provide useful funding to orphanages across Armenia dependent on their specific needs.

Residential and respite care

We call for improvements to the law, campaign for high quality care so the elderly people are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, and health and social care services so that older people are enabled and supported to stay independent and well for as long as possible. Establish care settings for older people .i.e. old age home.We will work in India and UK.

Aspen Court Care Home is a purpose built 75 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing and End of Life care. The Friends aim to improve the quality of life of the residents of the care home by working with staff, residents and relatives.

Acacia Mews is a purpose built care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care. Acacia Mews Care Home also provides specialist care for young people with physical disabilities. The Friends aim to improve the quality of life of the residents of the care home by working with staff, residents and relatives.

Acorn Lodge is a purpose built care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care. Acorn Lodge Care Home also provides specialist care for young people with physical disabilities.

Avery Place is a purpose built care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care. Avery Place Care Home also provides specialist care for young people with physical disabilities. The Friends aim to improve the quality of life of the residents of the care home by working with staff, residents and relatives.

Newcross is a purpose built care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care. The Friends aim to improve the quality of life of the residents of the care home by working with staff, residents and relatives. Alongside this we support the care homes activities coordinators by providing extra pairs of hands during organised activity sessions and outings.

We go out into the community to a variety of places once a week such as bowling, cinema, out for dinner and pottery. Days out and respite weekends away are also organised regularly. We always let our members decide on the activities we do.

We help children and people in poverty in Sub-saharan African, as of now, East Africa, this includes Uganda. We provide skills to woman to help them out of poverty and prevent them from placing their children in orphanages. We also take part in fundraising events and selling products.

The trust supports:-The work of Network Church (Maghull) which conducts Ecumenical Christian worship services in residential care homes and day centres in north Liverpool. Two registered Christian charities that work in Uganda. Christian charities working in Romania.Several national charities including Save the Children and Christian Aid.

Whilst our remit will eventually be much wider, we are initially focused on the support of care leavers and this will remain so for the foreseeable future (until our resources and infrastructure grow). Care leavers are children as young as 16, who leave local authority care (such as foster care, children homes or supported accommodation).

Cycling Without Age Bristol harnesses the pedal power of volunteer cyclists in Bristol to take local care home residents out on free trishaw rides to feel the wind in their hair! The trishaw is a specially adapted, three-wheel cycle with a passenger cab out front.

SHEHZADI SULTAN ARK TRUST is in the memory of her late father Abdul Aziz project. First time In history an Ark Orphanage will be made in Pakistan Sohawa. This will give life to vulnerable children and help vulnerable women.

Our focus in the U.K. is to provide comfort and security for the elderly in a family atmosphere, in our residential homes, nursing unit and retirement flats. The Congregation's work overseas is more diverse; to respond to destitution, sickness, lack of employment or education opportunity.

Raising funds in the areas of Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, to relieve the suffering of children affected by the radiation explosion from the Nuclear Plant at Chernobyl. To provide family placements for children/orphans from the Mogilev region of Belarus for at least one month each year for respite care and to meet the full costs of these visits, to include optical, dental and health checks.

The charity responds to invitations from organisations who request Bible teaching and education in the Christian faith. This is often carried out in UK and Africa, but not exclusively. Additional cooperation is given to charities who are providing facilities for healthcare, education, orphanages, and/or free lending libraries.

The CIO monitors and supports, in accordance with a collaboration agreement between it and Catch22 Charity Limited, the progress and operations of a children's home project. That project is housed within Catch22's corporate structure and by agreement uses the Lighthouse Pedagogy Trust name.

To promote the health and wellbeing of the elderly and vulnerable residents of Penzance and surrounding area of West Penwith.

The object of the Charity is to advance education and to relieve financial hardship in Madagascar by providing support to orphanages and schools through the provision of such items as the trustees deem appropriate, in particular but not limited to the provision of clothes, shoes, food and school supplies.

Our activities include preaching of the Gospel; public worship; Bible studies, prayer meetings, young people's groups, coffee mornings, seasonal events and services such as those at Easter and Christmas; holding courses such as Christianity Explored; distribution of Christian literature; taking services in care homes for those residents who wish to attend; and meeting needs within the community.
