Our services include various mind stimulating creative and practical activities and projects at different settings, such as in hospitals, care home, libraries etc. as well as outreach, help, advice, information & signposting to other health professionals.

Support for children and young people who look after a family member with a long term health condition or disability

Our general charitable purpose mainly involves the support of the elderly and vulnerable within the community. We do this by the provision of a variety of services which include:A volunteer car scheme.Two fully accessible mini buses.A Day centre for people living with Dementia.Various exercise classes Lunch clubCommunity visiting servicesPlus other localised services

As a charitable business, the Directors are devoted to opening a care home for older people, run with a Christian ethos. Meanwhile the charity runs three clubs for older people in the Nottingham area who are experiencing isolation and loneliness to enable them to make new friends and re-engage with the community.

Our project supports families raising children when their biological parents can no longer do so due to alcohol and drug misuse, bereavement, imprisonment, mental health issues etc. We support the young person and the kinship carers offering respite, one to one and group work, training courses, coffee mornings, pamper days.

Brains Matter works throughout West Kent. It supports people who have sustained an acquired brain injury and their families and carers. It offers a day service and community support providing social rehabilitation and respite for people aged 18 years and over, who have moderate to severe brain injury.

Fundraising events, cultural & religious activities. Day centre for elderly & disabled, including serving vegetarian meals & outings at periodic intervals.

Provides lunch and various activities for the members on 3 days each week.

We provide day care for frail and elderly from the villages around Over. Food and refreshments are prepared on our premises for our clients whilst they are with us. Bathing and care are provided for clients. Activities and entertainment takes place during the day. We have our own minibus which is used to transport our clients and members of the local community.

Lost Chord UK's mission is to improve the mental health, well-being, and quality of life of people with dementia and other neurological conditions, through the transformative and therapeutic power of interactive music sessions by professional musicians in community and care home settings, across the UK.
