Grants have been made to local and National charities from donations made to the association by Lodges and members of the Lodges that meet at Chilwell.

TO RENDER ASSISTANCE BY GRANT OR PENSION TO NECESSITOUS MASTER SADDLERS AND LEATHER GOODS RETAILERS, WHO, BY REASON OF OLD AGE, INFIRMITY OR OTHER MISFORTUNE, ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE BUSINESS; ALSO TO AID NECESSITOUS WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF SUCH DECEASED PERSONS

To assist necessitous Olavians, which term shall include both current and past pupils and staff of Saint Olave's and Saint Saviour's Grammar School, by pecuniary grants or in such other manner as may be deemed appropriate.

Fund raising activities is usually to raise money for specific registered charities, or in response to a national or international emergency.

Receives donations from members of the Association (all being Freemasons) and then distributes them to charities (whether or not registered) at the direction of the members.The recipients may be individuals, charitable organisations, hospices, hospitals, churches, old peoples homes, special schools, disaster appeals and the like.

Makes gifts to Masonic and non masonic charities as agreed by members.

The objective of the charity is the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, injury, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, the charity is not limited to that purpose.The objective is met by making financial donations or donating equipment to registered charities.

Masonic Lodge collecting donations from members and distributing to charities

The fund provides grants to participants who sustain injury or illness whilst in membership of the Essex County Football Association.

The object of the Charity is to utalise its resources to make charitable donations for general charitable purposes, and in particular to assist previous employees and their families, previously employed by Restmor Group plc, in difficulty financially.

Helping local causes in Swadlincote & surrounding areas

The charity raises funds from the members of Friars (masonic) Lodge. Grants are made to a number of other national charities (mainly non-masonic) as selected by the Lodge members.

Fund raising by holding Coffee Mornings,Organising Charity Concerts,Quiz, Making and selling Greetings Cards, Collecting items to complete boxes for Save the Children, Community Raffle

Fund raising from Montgomerie Lodge members

1) To relieve in cases of need, hardship or distress, persons who currently are, or were at the time of death, members in good standing of the Vale of Itchen Lodge 7816 and their dependants.2)To assist with, either directly or through the agency of any other registered charity such and any welfare or charity projects as may be reccomended through two trustees.

Support of both Masonic and other local charities within Hertfordshire and Essex

RACE NIGHTS, SPONSORED EVENTS, GARDEN PARTIES, MEMBERS DONATIONS.SUPPORTING NATIONAL AND LOCAL CHARITIESS. GRANTS TO DESERVING LOCAL ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL. E.G. GUIDES, SCOUTS, PARTICIPANTS IN DISABLED GAMES.
