THE ROYAL ANTEDILUVIAN ODER OF BUFFALOES G L E NOTTINGHAM AND DISTRICT BENEVOLENT FUND IS ESTABLISHED WITH THE OBJECT OF RELIEVING BY DONATIONS, DISTRIBUTIONS, ASSISTING POOR AND NECESSITOUS MEMBERS, WIDOWS, ORPHANS OR DEPENDANTS OF DECEASED MEMBERS, TO SUPPORT SUCH EXTERNAL, PHILANTHROPIC AND CHARITABLE OBJECTS AT BOTH NATIONAL AND LOCAL LEVELS.

The relief and help of necessitous persons who are or have been clinical biochemists, whether they are subscribers to the fund or not, and the wives, children, widows or dependants of deceased or disabled clinical biochemists.

Income from small investments used to relieve poverty within the Torbay area by grants to individuals and organisations administered through Central Church (United Reformed and Methodist) Benevolent Fund.

To raise funds to enable payments to be made to eligible persons who require financial assistance.

The charity provides in the way of a grant of monies or equipment to assist a market trader, dependant of a market trader by who are members or have been members of the federation. Non members supported by three members, for education, medical/sickness, disability, relief of poverty, living expenses, funeral expenses. Grants are at the discretion of the benevolent fund committee.

Medical/health support & limited financial support.

Raises money to support masonic and non masonic charities, and provides financial help for young and elderly people in need of support

Private donations are made by the members of the lodge of St Peblig during their eight meetings each year. These donations are forwarded to the North Wales Masonic Provincial Office at Llandudno. The monies collected from all the Masonic lodges in North Wales is then forwarded to the Masonic Grand Lodge of England and Wales located in London, from where it is distributed to charitable causes.

To apply both the capital and the income of the Benevolent Fund to or for the relief of such poor & distressed Brother Masons or their poor & distressed widows and children, or for the benefit of such Masonic charities or other charitable institutions, charities and objects as the Lodge shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct

For the relief of poor and distressed Mason or their widows and children or for the benefit of such Masonic charities or charitable institutions as the member of the Lodge shall direct.
