Cantley Methodist Church is part of the Doncaster Methodist Circuit. We offer religious services and activities to all in the local community. Pastoral work includes visits to the housebound, the sick, the bereaved and those in local residential care homes. Our premises are used regularly by local community groups during the week.

The cafe is open for people to drop in for a chat or to partake in an activity. Additionally, we have a drop in service on a Monday evening, where people can come along, play table tennis, do a board game with others or learn a new skill. We also have groups such as tai chi, meditation, craft groups and carer's groups/bereavement group.

The Port Men in Sheds seeks to address and alleviate the damaging health and mental illness consequences brought about by social isolation in older men often brought about by retirement, ill health and bereavement. We achieve this objective by operating a large workshop and social facility in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, where men can come together and socialise in a creative communal workshop space.

To promote social inclusion in Cardiff, relieving their needs and assisting them to integrate into society. To promote mental health and relieve the needs of those suffering from depression, bereavement, loss or pregnancy related crises, by the provision of voluntary counselling, education and support for such persons.

In addition to our Church services, we hold regular events in our Community Hall to which all are welcome. We run a bereavement counselling service for adults and children in the London Borough of Islington, and a Cold Weather Shelter for the homeless over the winter months. The latter operates out of 8 local churches, one for each day of the week.
