To provide support for the elderly of Barnet in the form of [but not limited to] day care, good neighbour schemes, carer support, community transport, shopping, bill payments and pension collection, health and fitness. The community transport and shopping service operate across the whole borough.

Currently we manage a "Trust Fund". We believe that it is no longer financially viable for a Day Centre to be run as we have in the past. Following consultation with the Charity Commission and AgeUK as to the future use of the funds, we donated a considerable sum to a local alms-house charity; we have donated fund to purchase an Age UK minibus; and we support computer classes for the elderly.

We run a day centre in Spelthorne for people (aged 18-65 at referral) with mental health problems. This is a social centre with therapeutic classes in e.g. art, crafts, woodwork, dressmaking, cooking and relaxation. Two minibuses are used for daily transport and regular outings. The centre is funded by a charity shop.

To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the local government district of Adur and in particular the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. Provide community transport services for inhabitants of Adur who are in need if a service because of age, sickness, disability, poverty.

We are a registered charity located in the Blackdown Hills, on the Somerset/Devon border. Boston Community Transport is membership-based and for people unable to use or have limited access to public transport. We assist our members with journeys they may not be able to make such as: Medical appointments, opticians, physiotherapists, chiropodists, shopping, visiting family/friends, attending community activities, one-off or regular trips including the library, post office or chemist.

To alleviate physical, mental or financial distress or hardship of persons living locally and their families and friends affected by cancer, by financial support, holding support meetings, home visits, or provision of transport to hospital. Finance is obtained by holding fund-raising events, through charitable donations and through income generated by our charity shop.

Raise funds for the benefit of Crowborough Hospital, its patients and staff; maintain a hospital shop, operate a Social Day Service at the Hospital Day Centre, and provide transport through 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles utilising volunteer drivers.

Provide transport where required.Services provided include hairdressing, chiropody, fitness and seated yoga sessions as well as health initiatives such as annual influenza vaccinations.
