The primary aim of this Sussex-based charity is to help the most disadvantaged people in Romania to escape the cycle of social and economic poverty into which they are locked. It offers training, support and funding to Romanian-led initiatives, in order to foster an ethos of self-help.

The fund assists serving and retired officers and their partners in times of need.
