Home-Start is a national voluntary organisation which is committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under the age of 8yrs. Volunteers visit families in their own homes each week, offering regular support, friendship and practical help. This family-centred support strengthens and empowers families, enabling them to find their own way forward through their difficulties.

Funds part-time staff to co-ordinate bookings and liaise with those attending the centre. Run events for older residents Lunch Club, Bingo. Hirings for local clubs - Pilates, Friendship Club, Children?s Club, PHAB club, Slimming World, Social Groups, Youth clubs local church groups. Hired to individuals for family parties etc. Holidays activities for children of all ages.

St Augustine's is an Anglian parish church within the Diocese of Southwark, the main purpose of which is to serve the community as a place of worship and prayer, as a place of friendship and support and a place to celebrate special occassions. St Augustine's promotes the whole mission of the church, pastoral,social, evangelistic and ecumenical.

We provide day opportunities for older people including those living with memory loss and other health issues. We are open 5 days a week and 1 Saturday a month with up to 20 people a day attending. We offer a freshly cooked meal on weekdays and run a Memory Group which provides a safe environment while providing respite for caregivers.

Didsbury Good Neighbours is a charity whose aim is to support senior members of the community through a volunteer befriending service and a programme of activities, including regular socials, arts and training. In addition to one to one friendship volunteers provide a range of as and when services including emergency shopping, trips and outings, wheelchair assistance & simple DIY and gardening.

We are an Ecumenical church partnership of 4 denominations (Anglican, Baptist, Methodist and URC) operating out of our purpose-built premises in Locking Castle Weston-super-Mare. The church is open to all and offers Christian worship, bible study groups and social activities for all ages. Bath Welcomes Refugees has one simple aim: to bring to safety and security in the UK those people persecuted and in danger in their own countries and homelands, and in particular to help them settle in Bath or the surrounding area. Our activities include: locating and preparing housing, fundraising, befriending/resettlement support, English language teaching, providing social activities and more.

Home-Start Merton is a voluntary organistion providing support, friendship and practical help to families experiencing stress and difficulties. Referral criteria: Families must have at least one child under the age of 5. Families are visited regularly in their own homes by our trained volunteers who all have experience of parenting and know how hard it can sometimes be.

HOPE is open to people living in Halton Moor & Osmondthorpe, Leeds. Our office & group facilities are based locally & accessible to all. Open five days a week & some weekends our activities promote social inclusion & include for example, Friendship, Craft Groups, Day Trips, Childrens Activities & an Annual Holiday. We also operate a Community Food Pantry & offer Advocacy as well as Signposting.

Lanivet and District Under Fives is a pre-school setting for children over the age of two and under the statutory primary school age.We provide essential support for all families and a much needed foundation for education. The children learn to socialise and receive important foundation learning in literacy, maths and other subjects.

Local community transport service run wholly by unpaid volunteers, - for the public benefit, the relief and assistance to people in need in West Sussex, who may be isolated, in need of community support and who require access to essential needs. - for promotion of social inclusion, community cohesion, integration and voluntary service for all age groups regardless of ability and wealth
