Welton and Brough Sports Club is available to the whole community to enjoy sports, general healthy wellbeing and friendship throughout the year. We encourage all races, sexes, ages,abilities and disablilities without exception to join us.We organise weekly junior coaching and games along with senior activities and encourage all to join our social gatherings.

Arty Party in an independent arts organisation that supports people with learning and/or physical disabilities, living in Telford and Shropshire, to make art. It provides arts training and work experience programmes, reduces social isolation through creative social activities and increases integration within the wider community through exhibitions, digital media, performance and social events.

AVAEI is a local charity with over 150 members using its facilities, and many more visit us for social and sporting events. Indoor facilities include snooker, darts, table games, tv, and refreshments. Outdoor activities include workshops and a community garden. We hold monthly coffee mornings, regular social events, run excursions and welcome other groups wanting to use our extended Activity Room.

Multicultural Cumbria has four Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic programme areas: Culture, Education, Events, Health and Wellbeing, for the preservation of race, heritage, identity of ethnic diversities in the Cumbria. Delivery through workshops, demos, talks, performances and community social events using The Arts, Food, Sport, Arts & Crafts to reduce isolation and prejudice towards BAME people

In accordance with the original objectives of the 1911 trust deed, the King Edward Hall (the village hall) provides facilities for a large number of local organisations and societies for meetings, talks, social events and exhibitions, and for private hirers for social occasions. The management committee also organises fund-raising events eg the annual village run & village day & cinema shows. The

The committee provides a meeing place where older people can sit, relax and socialise in a warm and safe environment. Hot meals are provided 3 days a week and centre based activities are held such as Bingo, arts and crafts. Days/afternoons out are also arranged as are talks from local interest groups and local agencies.

Maintenance of the community hall for community events, a weekly market, social events, films, concerts, lectures, leisure classes etc. Provision of youth activities, activities for older people, community information, a community cafe and campaigns on issues of interest to the local community.

As a PTA we organise a wide range of activities ranging from events that provide support to the school community, fun social events for children and large fund raising events.

Women Today as an organisation is designed to support Black African Women in the North East. We meet the needs of African women in the areas of social and emotional well-being. We aim to provide activities and awareness of good health, equality of opportunity and social inclusion initiatives, which promote social inclusion whilst recognising cultural diversity and sensitivity.

To equip young wheelchair users with the skills to help them reach their full potential and increase their confidence as well as providing ongoing support and advice for them and their families/carers. Our free, UK wide, workshops combine vital skills training with fun, games and social interaction for the whole family. We can also give guidance on the best chair to suit each individual's needs.

Provision and maintenance of a village hall to be used for social events and other appropriate activities by the local community and businesses of Nash and surrounding areas.

SFW is a social inclusion project currently run in Wales made up of people aged 16 and above facing social exclusion through homelessness, substance misuse, mental ill health or cultural issues. All are facing daily barriers to be part involved in society and communities they live in, caused by the ever present stigma attached to their situations.

Our carefully trained parent volunteers give free emotional and practical help to any parent with at least one child under 11 living in the Borough of Kettering.By visiting a family in their own home and offering friendship Home-Start volunteers represent a lifeline for many families who are finding it hard to cope.

Revive Newport is a product of Churches working together in the town of Newport, Isle of Wight. We support local young people, and seek to tackle antisocial behaviour. We do this through our projects, Newport Youth Cafe, Detached youth work and a GCSE support group. We provide young people a safe place to be themselves, socialise, and aim to help them with whatever they are going through.

Dementia Together Wirral facilitates, organises and operates events for those living with dementia, their carers and former carers social events to relieve their social isolation by way of activities and services including regular memory cafes, singing/music, walking, and theatre together with mini-coach and canal boat outings with one-off items of entertainment such as dances, etc.

The Meeting Room runs daytime drop in centres for homeless, socially isolated, and vulnerable people in Epsom & Ewell and Mole Valley. At the centres they are welcomed and offered a hot meal, advise, signposting and friendship. Volunteers build relationships which then enables us to offer support individually for clients. A lot of support is offered outside the centers as required by needs.

St Michaels Community Centre provides facilities for use by the local community including user groups for benefit of well being and social interaction. It also provides a facility for regular NHS blood donations teams, and a full time pre school day nursery. After school extra curriculum classes include Kumon education and stage school dancing classes.

HSHH & WF is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of children, young people and families. We recruit and train volunteers who offer support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their homes and online, helping prevent family crisis and breakdown. The training and experience the volunteers receive gives a basis for further education and work opportunities
