We provide food, warmth, shelter and friendship to the homeless and lonely of Birmingham during the Christmas period, regardless of gender, colour, race, religion or sexual orientation.

Young at Heart offers help and support to families of babies and children receiving treatment for a cardiac condition at the Birmingham Children's Hospital. We provide ward visits for families and work with the Heart Unit at the Birmingham Childrens Hospital. Our aim is to bring the families together at social events, where they can meet with other families, share experiences and make new friends.

The Trust provides a wide and diverse range of activities for older people in Sawbridgeworth. Activities include quizzes, outings, keep fit, cooked lunches, cinema experience, chiropody, hearing aid support, art, I.T. training, whist, bingo, musical afternoons, poetry goup and the opportunity for social interaction aimed at avoiding isolation and depression among older people.

Minimum 1 show per year plus other social events to raise funds.

West Lane Baptist Church provides an area for regular worship, and an active Sunday School. Additional activities the Church supports are monthly Drop- ins,Youth Group,Film Cafes. The church is open to the church family and the local community for a variety of regular events: Operatic Society,Bronte Society meetings and events,Parish Council meetings,exercise classes, Film Club and social events.

The aims of the Drigg Charity are to support and enhance community life in the Drigg and Carleton Parish (subsidising social events for young and old, improving the local environment, supporting access to education and skills training).

This charity promotes religious, cultural, and social activities within the community. It organises Hindu religious ceremonies and festival, cultural events, educational programs, and charitable initiatives to foster spiritual growth, cultural heritage, and community support.

Activities include , quizzes, bingo, entertainment, speakers, outings, summer garden party & special Christmas lunch. Open three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 50 weeks of the year.

The charity's aim is to relieve the effects of economic and social exclusion in our local community. We run a Centre offering recreation, training and social interaction for people of all ages. The activities we offer are in response to local need and requests. We are fully independent, allowing us to act impartially. We also act as an umbrella organisation for local groups.

Havering Learning Disability Society (also known as HLDS) is a charity established for the social activities, care, welfare and in the interests and advancement of people with learning disability in the Borough of Havering, covering Romford, Hornchurch, Rainham and Upminster areas.

Care group that supports members of the community who are unwell, visiting in hospitals and home settings. The Charity is a community Church, that has settled in a new building at SW11 2HH. Our activities include Sunday Services at 11am, weekly virtual bible studies , bi-weekly prayer meetings and a late night prayer meeting on the last Friday of every month. Social activities include: Friends In Battersea for over 50s, annual seaside trips and Love Battersea collaborative community event.

Three full length plays are performed each year at Daneside Theatre, Park Road, Congleton, Cheshire. Every two years a one act playwriting competition is organised which culminates in a one act play festival. Social activities also take place, including visits to performances at other theatres.
