We publish unique Touch to See books which enable blind and partially sighted people, young and old, to explore and enjoy the world of pictures. Our purpose is to relieve the social and educational isolation that they suffer throughout their lives. These unique books are available throughout Britain and Ireland to all visually impaired people completely free from our postal library service.

SoA is focused on the relief of poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. It seeks to do this not only by providing financial assistance, but also by promoting the exchange of expertise, learning and friendship with the communities that it works with. The formal objectives of SoA are to advance education, alleviate poverty & unemployment and protect & preserve health for people in sub-Saharan Africa.

We support organisations, projects and people in the most disadvantaged communities. We help them to implement ideas and tackle issues that affect them; we do this by offering them direct support from our team and by offering them access to specialist resources from the private sector. We work with individuals, schools, community projects, social enterprises and other charities.

We provide short-term accommodation, resettlement and outreach services to women and children who have experienced domestic abuse alongside a package of support information and advocacy.We provide individual tailor made services and promote group led, peer-led support that promotes safe, sustainable independent living.

We work with all ages: provide facilities for sports & wellbeing, opportunities for arts & crafts sessions,activities for children, young people & community support. Core projects: community lunch club, free exercise & pottery for over 60s, dementia cafe, crisis food parcels, free activities for under 5s, community events, art programmes for all ages, after school activities including woodwork

Work for the public benefit, to relieve poverty, advance equality, promote the preservation of the environment, and sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration, in particular:a) providing education and training to social intrapreneurs; b) conducting and publishing research into social intrapreneursc) promote organizational involvement with social intrapreneurship

The benevolent fund provides grants to serving and retired police officers and serving and retired employees of the West Midlands Police and any other Qualifying Police Organisations suffering from financial hardship or who have a charitable need. Also supports organisations associated with policing for eg, sponsorship of events or funding towards activities.

Osiligi helps in the relief of poverty in Kenya through child education sponsorship, clean water projects, micro-finance, education, introduction of technologies, agriculture teaching and the building and assisting in running of a primary school. Please help us in our tasks

The Foundation seeks to support charities whose services in turn support disadvantaged groups or communities, alleviate poverty, advance education, promote good citizenship or community development.Applications are by invitation only, and priority is given to charitable services delivered in the UK.

Dyffryn Clwyd Mission Area is a gathering of 12 church communities in the Diocese of St Asaph, sharing our faith through Worshiping God, Growing the Church and Loving the World.Worship is provided in the 12 churches, providing the opportunity to mark life events and the celebration of festivals. Outreach is provided to children, and to the lonely and the bereaved through regular activities.

World Abilitysport focuses on providing sport opportunities for persons with physical impairments in the UK and across the globe. The Games programme host international multi-sport events providing recreational and elite sport opportunities for physically impaired athletes. Through education and training, we promotes barrier-free opportunities and social inclusion through the power of sport.

KidsAid is a child-centred charity. We support traumatised children through the delivery of long-term, evidence-based therapies. Our aim is to improve child mental health and empower families to thrive so that childhood trauma does not become a lifelong burden. The KidsAid Foundation (Charity Number: 1122047 ) was established in 2007. We have since become a CIO (1167852).
