To promote and provide advice and advocacy for people dacing disadvantage through disability, illness, age or social exclusion, who live, in particular but not exclusively, in North Wales.

We deliver community drop-ins in Manchester, providing free support, learning and social activities for refugees, asylum seekers and other vulnerable migrants. Our provision includes information, advocacy, advice and support; English, employability and computer classes; creche; hot food; volunteering opportunities; destitution support and a programme of social and well-being activities.

Kidz Klub Leeds exists to promote and work to improve the welfare of the children and communities of inner-city Leeds. We aim to confront child poverty and to encourage children's mental, spiritual, moral and physical development to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals. We work in partnership with churches and other groups across the city.

Y Care International creates opportunities for vulnerable young people to help themselves out of poverty by finding jobs or setting up businesses. It supports communities to bring free, outdoor play to their parks every Saturday, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds to connect and have fun.

The trustee's policy is to consider appeals from charitable causes with a previous track record covering the welfare of children, relief of poverty advancement of arts and education.

Cardiff Foodbank aims to provide a supply of basic food to help clients through short term crisis situations caused by ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage and who are living in the City of Cardiff and its environs.The organisation collects, stores and distributes food to clients who are assessed to be in need by front line professional agencies in the city.

The aim of York Blind & Partially Sighted Society (MySight York) is to advocate and provide services to enable people who are blind or partially sighted achieve independence and live well with sight loss. We provide an Equipment and Information Centre, a Befriending Service, an Eye Clinic service, activities, outreach to anyone struggling with sight loss in the York area.

PBIC provides a multilingual services including career advice, general advice, ESOL, Employability Skills courses. As part of our support to help migrant workers integrate into British society we organize social events, workshops and forums. We offer and encourage volunteering opportunities.We work with partners aiming to inform local and national strategies in relation to migrants.

Supporting disadvantaged college leavers wishing to enter higher education and promoting progression to graduate employment. We do this through bursaries, skills training, mentoring and providing work placement opportunities. By promoting wider participation in higher education and fair access to the graduate professions we help students to overcome social injustice.
