Colchester Foodbank seeks to address food poverty in the local area by giving food parcels to clients who have been issued with a voucher from a professional agency. In addition, we seek to make available signposting from a range of professionals who can advise on debt, housing, benefits, health and wellbeing, budgeting and child welfare.

Trauma Informed services for individuals of any age or gender affected by sexual violence. Counselling for adults and young people, play therapy for children. Through the provision of volunteer befrienders, BEfriend aims to alleviate the social isolation experienced by people with physical, sensory, psychological or cognitive impairment living within the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow. Volunteers provide weekly visits either in the home, or to support their client to go out into the community.

North Somerset People First promotes and encourages people with a learning disability, difficulty and/or autism to speak up for themselves, empowering them to be in control of their own lives, now and in the future.We facilitate speaking up forums, consultations, provide person centred planning & advocacy, employment & work experience, accessible training programmes & social events & activities.

Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers provides support to families who have at least one child under the age of five years. Support is provided by volunteers who are parents themselves they visit families once a week for two to three hours offering support, friendship and practical help in the families' homes.The service is provided in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere

DFYC, open to all young without discrimination, supports socially excluded young people in Bermondsey and around, enabling them to fulfil their potential through a structured and varied programme of activities, which the staff actively supervise and join in during all sessions. Based on Christian principles, young people discover meaning to their lives and contribute to their local communities.

SWCA manages the St Werburghs Community Centre and promotes the benefit and social welfare of the local people in a common effort to advance health, education and good relationships. It advises foundations and individuals on the identification of the most efficient and effective solutions to poverty being implemented on the ground in India and how UK donors can support in the most high impact manner. Dasra does this through events, meetings and advisory work and building partnerships with UK charities.

Intermission Youth gives disadvantaged young people the tools to make positive choices, to become the best version of themselves through drama, film and mentoring. Key activities: an 11-month Youth Theatre programme; Community Engagement work in schools, pupil referral units, young offender institutions and prisons; a Graduate programme offering continuing mentoring and personal development.

Southwark Irish Pensioner's Project is a Charity that works with some of the most disadvantaged and isolated Irish people in London. These people, who emigrated largely in the 1950s have become marginalised by society. They are unable to return to Ireland, as the people they knew and the places they came from are so changed that they are unrecognisable to them.
