We provide a range of free specialist bereavement support and advice for Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire children, young people (3-18 years) and their parents/carers. Professionals have access to professional guidance and training to improve their knowledge and skills in supporting local grieving families.

From our base in Leicester we operate a drop in facility for people exploited by or at risk of sexual exploitation. We carry out two out reach sessions in the City two nights a week and bi weekly out reach sessions during the day to the county. We provide access to City Council housing services, Drug and Alcohol workers, GUM and GP services.

The charity provides daycare facilities for the elderly and infirm in the North Shropshire area. It includes activities during the day, the option for bathing or showering, much social interaction together with meals during the day. The service is offered at cost price, with no profit margin or management costs, to ensure that it is as widely available as is practical to the beneficiary body.

Re-Instate is a charity working to improve employment opportunities, quality of life and well-being for disadvantaged people including people experiencing mental ill-health, people with learning disabilities and young people.A key part of the vision for Re-Instate is the provision of employment services that build sustainable recovery for people experiencing mental ill-health.

Poole Waste Not Want Not runs a community shop that is intended for individuals and families that are struggling to feed themselves and their families with nutritious food due to financial hardship in Poole and surrounding areas.This includes people in poorly paid employment, in debt, and with insufficient benefits.

We raise funds through events, appeals and legacies to send to Boys Town Jerusalem in Israel, a school for Jewish boys who mainly come from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Sunday gatherings for all, and special activities for babies children and young people. Jigsaw project provides support to the poor and operates a weekly cafe, and a food bank offering food parcels and a clothes bank. The church actively supports local churches and projects in Yalova (Turkey) and India. All funds raised via room hire at The Lime Tree support our activities.

FAMILY INFORMATION GROUP PROVIDES CHILDCARE & SUPPORT TO FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES & CHILDREN 'IN NEED' AS WELL AS LOCAL CHILDREN. WE OPERATE AN INCLUSIVE PROVISION WHERE CHILDREN WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED ARE CARED FOR ALONGSIDE OTHER CHILDREN WHO HAVE NO PARTICULAR DIFFICULTIES. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY WAY OF A TERM TIME PLAYGROUP FOR 2.5-5YR OLDS AND A SUMMER PLAYSCHEME FOR 5-18YR OLDS.

Green Synergy is a Lincoln based charity, which uses the positive medium of gardening to help people come together to socialise, learn and thrive. Our work is focused in Lincoln's most disadvantaged communities and with isolated and vulnerable groups.

Our Sansar is a UK-based non-governmental organisation working to provide education, welfare and shelter to the most disadvantaged children in Nepal for whom little or no help is forthcoming. Gateshead Young Womens Outreach Project has been running over 30 years. We work with young women and young mothers inGatesheadaged 11-19yrs. We support, guide young women through crisis in their lives.These Crises can be finding out that they are pregnant, problems or struggling in schools, mental health issues, rape, self harm, lack of confidence and self belief, violence or sexual exploitation

Provide peer support to parents who are bereaved of a child or children of any age (from 1 month old to an adult child) from any cause. Support is also provided to adult siblings who are bereaved of a brother or sister and also to bereaved grandparents. Information is also given to professionals involved in bereavement care.

To advance such charitable purposes in particular by providing grants. These grants will be used primarily to:(a) prevent or relieve poverty worldwide for individuals in need;(b) advance the health and wellbeing of the general public;(c) support programmes which promote and advance the education of the general public; and(d) promote and support Christianity.

HACKNEY PLAYBUS DELIVERS MOBILE PLAY AND OUTREACH SERVICES IN ORDER TO MAKE PLAY AND LEARNING ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN 0-4 YEARS, TO SUPPORT PARENTING CONFIDENCE, TO CONNECT FAMILIES TO SUPPORT SERVICES, TO COMBAT ISOLATION AND BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITIES.

We run money & employability advice alongside helping people with seeking housing, these mentoring & support programmes aim to help people to reach their full potential. People in need will be those who are isolated geographically, socially or economically disadvantaged, unpaid carers or who have health needs or issues impacting upon their lives e.g. dementia, disabilities.
