Gateway Church meets for worship and teaching at the Gateway Centre. It also runs activities for the local community such as: drop-in cafe for over 65's, parent & toddler groups, an after-school club, community nursing service, debt advice services & the distribution of food from York Foodbank. The Centre also houses the offices of different charities whose work supports the local community.

Our overseas activities include shipment of barrels to the Caribbean Islands and Ethiopia at the request of their community leaders, filled with clothing and books. Raise funds on behalf of Christian Community appeals in Ethiopia.Continue to raise funds to renovate our building, formerly a cinema then nightclub into a community centre / place of worship.

Provision of Almshouse Accommodation for the Christian poor of the parish's of Newland and surround, retired clergy and churches in communion there with.

Provision of transport for elderly, disabled and people with special needs and community groups

Religious activities, Relief of poverty, children/young people.

The Charity operates as independent neighbourhood Development Trust, providing a wide range of projects to meet the needs of the people living in Friar Park Ward.Projects delivered in the last 12 months have focused on overcoming economic and social inequalities and disadvantaged.Major focus of our work is aimed at providing services for the elderly, young people and children.

The Anne Robson Trust works with NHS hospitals to set up and train teams of volunteers, who provide support and companionship to people nearing the end of their life in hospital. The volunteers spend much of their time visiting patients who otherwise face the prospect of dying alone.

E3 empowers local Christian partners to bring hope and enable sustainable development in communities affected by poverty and HIV in Africa. We help orphaned and vulnerable children, refugees and people living in some of the poorest communities to escape the cycle of poverty, through education, the relief of sickness and hardship, improving livelihoods and advocacy against gender-based violence.

The charity's object and principle activity is to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the Stratford-on-Avon District; in particular, the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness.

Burmantofts Senior Action mission is to enhance the lives of older people aged 60 plus in and around LS9 East Leeds. BSA has a focus on improving the quality of peoples' lives by helping them to live independently in their own homes, reduce social isolation, loneliness and assist with individual support with weekly activities such as lunch clubs and fitness groups.

Half net income to St. Mary's Church, Brixton, for upkeep, repair, insurance. Remaining half of income applied to Brixton parishioners in need, hardship or distress by financial grants or paying for items, services or facilities. If funds not fully spent on individuals, remainder may be spent at the Trustees' discretion for any charitable purpose for the general benefit of the parish of Brixton.

WiSE's core services include befriending, information, and advice, grass cutting, a transport scheme, a memory cafe to support those living with dementia and their carers and regular social activities to reduce isolation and loneliness. The charity also runs the WiSE Owl cafe which is a highly popular community cafe based in Boston Spa.

CAFLO sports & community centre is based in Bromford, Hodge Hill, an area in the top 1% of deprivation in Birmingham.
