Swindon's Food Collective works towards the prevention or relief of poverty and to preserve and protect good health by providing food and non-alcoholic beverages to those in financial need or poor health in the Swindon and District area of Wiltshire.

A community network of young professionals and older neighbours hanging out and helping one another in a rapidly changing city. Through Social Clubs, one-to-one Love Your Neighbour friendships, Outreach and Community Fundraising, the charity aims to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst older and younger Londoners, improve wellbeing, confidence and power, and bridge social/generational divides.

To advance such charitable purposes according to the law of England and Wales as the board members see fit from time to time, including: The prevention or relief of poverty, advancement of education, health or the saving of lives, citizenship or community development. The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.

Working together with service users, carers, voluntary organisations, statutory providers and commissioners to improve the standards of mental health throughout West Wales. Has helped to develop projects for self help groups, drop in services, befriending schemes, housing, employment, carer and user groups, advocacy and patient's councils

SAFE has two main programmes, one in the U.K. and one overseas. In the UK we aim to increase civic participation and improve social harmony amongst typically hard to reach young people, such as NEETs. We also deliver a non-mainstream development education programme. Overseas we support locally led and empowering poverty response programmes for marginalised people all around the world.

The organisation believes it has potential to help ethnic minority communities in deprived areas to further develop themselves in education, health and integration. The future plans would be to expand the organisation to other areas where there is a need for such a community led charity organisation which aims to reach out to young people and families who are currently deprived of facilities.

Promote charitable purposes for the benefit of: the community of Lancashire, racial harmony, education, culture, financial hardship, advancement of faith, humanitarian causes, exclusively charitable causes in accordance with the laws of England and Wales as the Trustees may from time to time decide.

To educate the public concerning the benefits of secure couple relationships, marriage and family life to improve the emotional, sexual and spiritual well-being of individuals which is derived from committed relationships;To enhance the good health, both mental and physical, of adults and children to prevent poverty, hardship and distress caused by the breakdown of such relationships.

Purley & Kenley Churches Together Food Hub runs the Purley Food Hub, a food bank which provides tinned and dried food to people in crisis and food need. It is based in Purley, Surrey

Our activities are to promote independent living to the elderly people of Gipton to identify vulnerable elderly, provide advice and assistance to support their independent living, to combat fears of loneliness and lack of social isolation, to raise awareness of problems faced by the elderly. To develop A.G.E as a local charity serving local need.

Poverty relief

Housing people who are poor, over 60 years of age, from the Royal Borough of Kingston or having a close connection with the borough in dedicated almshouse properties owned by the Charity.

Design and delivery of sustainable projects that tackle the root causes of poverty in remote, rural communities by enabling better health, education and economic activity, powered by a backbone of innovation and clean technologies.

We are a church providing religious services and social activities to the people of the parish of Felpham, Bognor Regis

We aspire to help young people find and develop their creative passions, empathy, well-being and friendship groups through a calendar of inspiring, creative workshops, short courses and events. These are open to all secondary school age children (11-18) and are offered for free. We operate in the Lancaster, Morecambe in Lancashire and Kendal in Cumbria.

To relieve poverty, distress and hardship amongst unemployed and low waged people and their families living or staying in the Brighton area regardless of Race Sex Age or Sexual Orientation

To help with the education of those under 25, who reside in the benefit area and are in financial need, by assistance with fees, travel, outfits, clothing, books etc. Also providing schools in the area with educational benefits. Other organisations are not eligible. For persons to be eligible they must live within the Fareham, Hampshire, town parishes (not the larger Borough of Fareham).

To support the community of Swanside in developing social interaction, play, learning and physical activity. To provide a meeting place for the development of ideas that improve the community of Swanside. To create long term sustainable support for the community of Swanside.

Our aim is to support over 60's living in Seacroft, Leeds who are in need by reason of their age, ill health, disability financial hardship or other disadvantage. We provide practical help, information, advice and activities to enable people to maintain independence, health and social contacts.

Hold Christian services and Bible Readings on a daily basis; support out-reach activities towards the disadvantaged of society; make printed Bibles available without cost to any interested person; support the pastoral care of persons in financial & physical need.

Dance United Yorkshire advocates the use of dance as a powerful tool for personal and social development. We create bespoke dance projects and interventions to meet the needs of different groups of people who are struggling with difficult circumstances e.g. people accessing mental health services, women suffering domestic abuse and disengaged young people who may demonstrate challenging behaviours

The main activities of SHOC are to provide: Housing Advice and Tenancy Sustainment; Benefits, Grants and Money Management Support, Health Management Programme, Education and Employment Programme and Home Comforts such as hot meals, bathing and laundry facilities, clothing and toiletries. These services are all provided from our daycentre which is a safe and secure environment.
