ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE INCLUDE REGULAR KIDS CLUB ACTIVITIES, YOUTH ALPHA TRAINING COURSE, ACTIVITY DAYS OUT AND WEEKEND RETREATS. OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE A VARIED PROGRAM OF SOCIAL EVENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN OVERSEAS DEVELOPMENT WORK.

The Ucare Foundation seeks to assist in relief and sickness, hardship and distress through medical and educational facilities particularly for the benefit of the poor in Pakistan and ethnic communities in UK.

Simon Says supports children and young people in Hampshire when an important person in their life has died or is dying. This includes:- telephone support - monthly support groups across the county- written information and resources- support to schools and other professionalsSimon Says were first registered as an unincorporated charity (no 1088746) in 2001 and became a CIO on 1/11/21

The Bloomfield Learning Centre is an assessment and teaching unit for children and young adults with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties. We work primarily with children from poor socio-economic backgrounds whose families are unable to pay for specialist literacy teaching.

SUPPORT THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN OLDLAND AND HANHAM ABBOTS PARISHES AND THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS AND SOCIAL INTERACTION CAPABLE OF PROMOTING FITNESS, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS (FACILITIES MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).

To advance the Christian faith, to relieve persons in need or hardship, or who are aged or sick n the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames the UK and the world and to promote and fulfil such other charitable purposes beneficial to the community in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

We are part of the Church of England. Our Vision document is entitled Passionate Disciples. Our values are, Jesus Centred, Bible Centred and Gospel Centred. We have three aims, Enjoying God from his word, Loving one another, Sharing Gods word so that others enjoy him. The church supports Christian mission in local and national contexts and poverty relief in the UK and abroad.

A range of empowerment initiatives include befriending, accompanying asylum seekers to appointments, information, advice and guidance, as well as supportive groups and activities, such as free English conversation classes.

Pact House Stanley is hub for community access to help to reduce isolation, support people with well being, address and support local people in poverty. We support people in the local community in food poverty with food packs and through low cost and free meals in the community cafe. We help people to access services, training and information they need to improve their quality of life.

Touchpoint operates a community hub, well-being initiative, and free foodshare project. Based in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex, we serve local towns and villages in Uttlesford, Essex and Hertfordshire. Working with specialist partners we facilitate and deliver an array of services addressing issues around mental health, social isolation, physical well-being and financial stress.

Lincoln Area DialaRide Ltd provides accessible and affordable transport services to those individuals who are disadvantaged by age and/or a disability. The organisation also operates a Shopmobility service that provides the loan of mobility equipment to assist those with reduced mobility in gaining access to the shopping precincts and other areas of interest within the City of Lincoln.

Inspired by Jesus' mission, Together for Sheffield works to bring hope and healing to people of all faiths and none. We equip the Church to be salt and light in Sheffield: alleviating poverty by helping unemployed young adults to find long term meaningful work, and empowering believers to live out their faith in a way that impacts the city through prayer, social action and gospel proclamation.

The Foodbank helps individuals and families in crisis through the provision of emergency food, other necessities and help towards energy costs. Agencies refer people to the Foodbank Centre where they can collect or receive a home delivery. We also offer support to gain cooking skills and help to ensure clients maximise their income and in certain cases help to manage outstanding debts.

Alder Trust aim is to enable the community to thrive. We do this by reaching out and enabling more services to be accessible to the highly deprived areas within Southampton. We enable a collaborative environment for those in the third sector and the private sector to work together and use one another's resources to save on funding and make services more sustainable.

Love, Jasmine provides support to family members directly affected by the loss of a child. We provide emotional and practical support and promote self-care to improve the emotional wellbeing of the whole family.

The relief of poverty among children and the elderly and the advancement of education through the provision of resources etc.

We offer a range of services for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, exploitation and rape, including support groups, drop-ins, facilitated creative therapy, 1-to-1 therapy & crisis therapy, digital support, personal development courses, & mentoring with 1-1 support. Drop in services are provided in Mansfield, with therapy delivered countywide.We also deliver specialised training and conferences.

Advice. Free, confidential advice from trained volunteers on a range of topics, debt, benefits, employment/consumer rights & many more.Transport Scheme. Volunteer drivers take elderly and infirm people to various destinations including hospital, doctors, shopping & Day Centres.Good Neighbour Scheme. Volunteers visiting people in their own home to help with paperwork & to alleviate loneliness.

The Charity's objective is to relieve elderly people living within the Borough of Scarborough who are in need, in particular but not exclusively by reason of financial hardship or disability, by providing housing for rent and items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the needs of such persons. We own 40 flats which are let at less than market rents to elderly people.
