Our activities mostly connected with regular meditation, reading and observing "special days" when we have longer sessions. "Special days" ie birthdays of Sri Aurobindo & The Mother sidhi (day of realisation) day, Mahapryan (when both left their bodies) days etc. We have visits from the main centre in Pondicherry, India, when we hold special meetings. Last year we held an exhibition at The Nehru C
