These can be summarised as follows: - Groups for those with mental health issues, elderly , physical and/or learning disabilities, at risk (of exploitation or discrimination) . We offer inclusive weekly dance, exercise, theatre or singing classes, with wellbeing sessions encouraging open discussions being a key addition to the Mental Health
