The charity owns 45 acres of common land in the parish of Brentor, West Devon. Half the area is managed as very low input grassland. Biodiversity surveys of this lowland heath have identified sites of national significance and targeted species (including mud snails and fritillary butterflies) for management. Volunteer working parties aid with coppicing, gorse & bracken control and tree planting
