The purpose of the Fund is to help the youth of Shipley Parish to develop talents which they would have difficulty in financing themselves. Those eligible are those under 25 who live in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Shipley or who are, or have been pupils at Shipley Primary School, William Penn School in Cooham, or are current or past Scouts or Explorer Scouts in the 1st Shipley Scout Group.
