To procure, maintain and let 12 Almshouses in Deal to aged and infirm Deal boatmen and subject thereto poor, aged and infirm persons who are inhabitants of the former Borough of Deal as constituted on 31 March 1974.To apply the income of the Charity for the benefit of the occupants or any of them in such manner as the Trustees think fit from time to time.
