In accordance with the Deed of Trust dated 27th May 1927, the Trust must:1. Retain the Motcombe Memorial Hall as a permanent memorial to the late Richard de Aquila, Baron Stalbridge, and keep the Hall in good repair and condition.2. Allow the Hall to be used as a Village Hall for meetings, entertainment and charitable or other public purposes.
