WORKING WITH LOCAL PEOPLE TO CREATE RELEVANT PROJECTS WHICH ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE AND ASPIRATIONS.WORKING WITH AUTHORITIES AND OTHER AGENCIES TO RELIEVE NEED, PARTICULARLY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
